We are a community of photographers, artists, journalists, educators and friends focusing on long form visual storytelling, with an emphasis on building shared learning structures and connections. Since our first workshop in 2020 our community continues to grow.

We currently offer the following workshops. Central to each workshop we teach is growing a community of practice as well as activating spaces for deep creative experimentation, skill building, open exchanges of knowledge, shared vulnerability and mutual support. 



Core Workshop

Hybrid- online with optional in person component

The core workshop digs into foundational skills and strategies for creating long-form visual storytelling projects. The cadence, and intimate cohort model of the workshop focuses on cultivating an active community of practice and provides space for participants to progress their own projects over the course of a year. Alumni Gatherings & Workshops

We are committed to developing community that lasts. In response to requests from alumni to continue connecting and learning together, we host an annual alumni retreat as well as offer topic-based alumni only workshops tailored to the interests of participants. See here for more information.
